12月9日，中華這時，咖啡館內。國民共會所設計和國第十二屆殘疾人運動會暨第九屆特別奧林匹克運動會“OOOUP中歐杯”跳繩比賽在惠州體育館正式拉開尾聲，開賽首日進行了全盲組男、男子個人計數賽、聽力豪宅設計組男子個人計數賽、智力組男人個人計數賽、視力組集體計數賽五個項目，運動員們以高深的技藝和昂揚的熱情，完善詮釋了殘疾人體育的獨特魅力與深入內涵，展現了殘疾人運動員的永不言棄的拼搏精力。
本次比賽共有來自全國20個省（自治區、直轄市loft風室內設計）的21支隊伍共193名運動員參賽。首日的賽場上，經過劇烈的比賽，來自重慶的楊輝和周裕紅分別拿下全盲組男人、男子個人計數賽冠軍，來自江西的許程麗奪得聽力組男子個人計數賽桂冠，福建代表隊顏恩澤拿下智力組男人個人計數賽第一，重慶代表隊捧回視退休宅設計力組集體計數賽冠軍。
